1004MC Class - Phoenix - Patrick Egger Instructor

As you know, beginning April 1, 2009, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will require the new 1004MC Market Conditions Addendum. While the 1004MC doesn't represent a new appraisal procedure, the required format and statistical analysis present a new challenge for many appraisers. Does it pose a challenge to you?

The workshop
We've teamed up with Patrick Egger, who has developed a workshop, "The 1004MC - Problems and Solutions". This workshop is designed to identify the issues and ways to address them in the appraisal that are both effective and efficient. It's not simply a class on "how to fill out the form," although that's covered too. This workshop focuses on meeting your obligations under USPAP while providing the analysis required by the 1004MC.

The instructor
Patrick is a Certified General appraiser with more than 30 years of experience. He was also the instructor of the Housing Market Analysis course that was part of the incredibly popular Real World series during our 2008 Regional Conventions. In addition to being an excellent instructor, he's a regular contributing author on AppraisalScoop.com and in our AppraisalPress newspaper.

To keep the workshops effective and efficient, we want to keep them local to hold your costs to just $99. This includes not only the five-hour workshop, but also:

The 1004MC course workbook with case study
A Clarification of Scope of Work Addendum for the 1004MC

When you leave the workshop, you'll have an in-depth understanding of the form along with the tools you need to gather and analyze your data effectively and efficiently.

Don't wait to register - seating is limited!
Space is limited and this workshop will fill up quickly. The first two workshops sold out within a few days. See the full schedule below. If you have any questions, please click here to e-mail our Events Team, or here to contact Patrick directly.

Ordinarily our Platinum Partners get free access to our training seminars and conventions. The 1004MC presents an unusual situation, however. We've historically stayed out of "appraisal theory" courses. Being a software company, our specialty is software training. But our customers asked us in great numbers to help them get training on this new form. So to do that, we engaged Patrick to develop a 5-hour workshop that "goes beyond the form" to position you to be both "effective and efficient". We want to thank our Platinum Partners in advance for understanding why this course is not free.
