Half-Built Subdivisions - Modern-Day Ghost Towns

In keeping with the upcoming Halloween weekend, I thought this Wall Street Journal video about modern "Ghost Towns" was appropriate. 

According to the Wall Street Journal: "Across the U.S. the first to move into new subdivisions in recent years find themselves all alone." WSJ's Alex Roth looks at a suburb of Georgia in which new homes sit empty and how the few residents there live isolated existences.
