I started buying and selling real estate in the mid 1960's in Los Angeles County, California. I moved to Tempe, Arizona in March of 1978. Received my Arizona Real Estate License in September of 1991, my Arizona Real Estate Appraiser License in June of 1993,  my Arizona Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser License in October 1997.

On June 12, 1992 - I received my Certificate as Graduate, Arizona Realtor Institute and the right to use the professional designation  GRI. 

On January 03, 2008 - I received my Certificate as Residential Accredited Appraiser and the right to use the professional designation  RAA.
