2-Day Training Class – Curriculum Overview

The objective of the class is to teach appraisers the fundamentals of statistics and applied regression analysis so that they have the knowledge and confidence to apply regression analysis to their appraisal assignments and support their value conclusions. The quality of the data used in the analysis will determine the quality of the results. So considerable time is spent on teaching how to recognize and avoid pitfalls due to poor data in the regression analysis.

$99 for online or onsite 2-day training class

Optional $149 for 16 hours of CE credit.

*States with an asterisk have approved the training class for 16 hours. Oregon has approved the class for 14 hours, Indiana has approved for 7 hours.
